Meet the Instructors
Monife' has been teaching a Vinyasa style of yoga for over 14 years.
She specializes in Yoga for Youth, Prenatal/Post-Partum and Yoga for Seniors.
Monife's classes are designed to improve and increase self-awareness, relaxation, mental acuity, flexibility, focus, concentration and endurance for people of all ages, genders and fitness levels resulting in improved overall health.
In addition to teaching yoga Monife completed a certification as a Nutritional Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She provides sessions that include yoga with meditation, and cooking demonstrations that promote healthy food choices and lifestyles.
Rachel Kelley guides children with an open heart in the practice of Yoga, Breath & Sound Meditation, Somatic & Creative Dance, and Nature Cycles & Connection.
Rachel is passionate about helping children learn to self regulate their emotions and make strong choices in their body, with calming movement and breathing techniques.
Rachel holds a safe space for children to develop self love and kindness all around. Also encouraging authentic creative expression for positive self esteem, focus, and joy.
