Having been nurtured through yoga's many paths, she then went on to receive her training in Ashtanga Yoga and Yin yoga at Omega institute 6 years ago.
Later, Shannon brought together her two passions. She received her training for Youth Yoga and Mindfulness through the Holistic Foundation at Omega institute. Following her training she opened up a yoga studio and has either started or incorporated youth yoga and mindfulness programs both in and out school’s around Massachusetts.
Shannon connects with the children in hopes to bring about a strong sense of self-awareness and self-love. She believes these tools with help our youth thrive in our busy culture.
