  1. Smoothies are a simple healthy after school snack for kids. Not only is it an easy way to sneak vegetables into your picky eaters diet but it’s also a great way to make sure your child is getting the necessary serving of fruits/vegetables each day.
  2. Avocado on multi-grain toast is a great alternative to sugar filled jelly and chocolate hazelnut spreads on white bread. Avocados are full of healthy fats, fiber, vitamins K, E, B6, C and potassium, which are all essential to your child's growth and development.
  3. Fresh fruit pops are a fun, creative and healthy alternative to your average store-bought popsicle. Instead of giving your kid an artificial, sugar packed popsicle, make your own by placing a combination of your child's favorite fruit in popsicle molds, fill with coconut water and freeze!
